Carter and I were watching Mr. Rogers visit the circus. They introduced the acrobat family and I asked Carter what he thought about it:
Mom: Carter, do you think we should be an acrobat family? Fly through the air on big swings like that?
Carter:(with great enthusiasm) Yes!
Mom: Do you think Daddy could do it? Catch us in midair like that?
Carter: Yes.
Mom: Do you think I could do it?
Carter: (thoughtful for a moment) Maybe we should be a funny clown family.
