Is it some kind of rule that when a show goes into season two they have to add bad haircuts?

Okay, so now that I’m thinking, I guess it was Buffy Season Three when Sarah Michelle Gellar’s hair went to hell (literally and figuratively). But Joan of Arcadia, Cordelia on Angel Just bad hair.

There should be some kind of a bang rule.
