It’s interesting, because despite Christmas being about celebrating a birth, aside from “Santa will only bring you coal if you’re bad,” I don’t hear a lot about parenting in relation to the holidays.

Always wondered about this once I had a child myself - Christmas is about the baby’s birth, but what about his upbringing?? What happened then? And I’m glad to know Christ could be disobedient without his parents’ reprisal; somehow that makes how I’m raising Liam a bit more explainable to others.
