Carter, Archie and I just spent the morning browsing an international children’s library. We searched through the books for ages 6-9 and chose a comic book about Kenyan brothers, one of whom becomes an amazing scientist, and one who becomes a successful police officer.

Carter, Archie and I just spent the morning browsing an international children’s library. We searched through the books for ages 6-9 and chose a comic book about Kenyan brothers, one of whom becomes an amazing scientist, and one who becomes a successful police officer.

We used the comic as a springboard for finding Nairobi on Carter’s map, and exploring a website about the Aberdare Mountain Range.

We’re heading back to the site because Carter wants to read something from the true books collection.
