A Ph.D student in informatics at Indiana University, Kevin is rich in spirit. He wrestles and reads with his kids, does a hilarious Christian Slater imitation and lights up his wife's days. We are official.
I heard back from Ivy Tech this afternoon, and they agreed to host sessions #4 and #5 of a local RootsCamp. The idea for a political unconference is strictly a Progressive affair at the national level, but I have appropriated it for my own interests while still keeping in line with what I think good progressive politics should be. This local event in Bloomington is going to be open to any ideology and socioeconomic group. The event is November 17 & 18, exactly one month for today.
