There’s a video of our beloved Community Band playing Stars and Stripes forever. It’s clear though, that the patriots didn’t care for our rendition and proceeded to open fire on us shortly after we started. If only they’d listened long enough to hear Deb’s piccolo solo, I’m sure they’d have reacted differently.
For non-local readers, this video gives you a flavor of Bloomington- notice the mixture of motorcycles and push lawnmowers. I don’t know if there’s a sustainable Hell’s Angels group here in town, but it wouldn’t surprise me.

Geez - Tim Moore is looking more and more like Newell Long…(don’t tell him I said that!).
I thought the Binford drum group was cool. It was kind of working with the Sousa. -aj
