Even if the insane troll logic dictating a change in location were necessary, how does one justify bypassing that many other nearby options for the least convenient location?

		<description>That sucks man.  I moved this year and gave up voting in the courthouse at the very center of town.  It felt like my vote was more important in that building.  My trip today was only 0.6 miles, but I was demoted to voting in the 'Transportation Building' which is really the citu/IU bus depo/garage.</description>
