A Ph.D student in informatics at Indiana University, Kevin is rich in spirit. He wrestles and reads with his kids, does a hilarious Christian Slater imitation and lights up his wife's days. He thinks deeply about many things, including but not limited to basketball, politics, microblogging, parenting, online communities, complex systems and design theory. A new Makice is expected in March
We are officially switching from man-to-man to a zone in time for March Madness. Welcome as this news is, it also has our family trip to Boston for CHI 2009 (among other things) somewhat tentative.
I would pledge to Twitter from the delivery room, but I can’t text that fast. It would go something like this:
Amy: AAAAARRRGGGGGHHHH! (labor pains)
Me: Wait, don’t go so fast. How do you capitalize letters on this touchpad?
Amy: AAAAARRRGGGGGHHHH! (spousal abuse)
Maybe we can teach Carter to do that part.
Congrats to Amy, who is currently doing all the heavy lifting.
