CommonCraft does it again. Twitter is deep enough that the LeFevers could do a couple follow-ups.
Paper puppets
My favorite video production company, CommonCraft, put out another in their series of “paperworks” videos explaining how things work. This time, about blogs. As part of the CHI 2005 Student Design competition, I once dabbled in paper puppets and video myself.
Sketching and Perspectives
A black sharpie. A white wall. Field Music, and a concept for a music video. All makes for an interesting few minutes to watch, as well as a great metaphor for design.
The secrets of zombies
CommonCraft made their mark with a series of paper prototype explanations of some basic technology and Internet concepts. They have since branched into some for-hire work and now zombies. Just in time for Halloween.
Highlights of WikiSym 2007
While I’m not going to be in Montreal, I am planning to follow some of the activity being posted online. In addition to the obvious wiki coverage, WikiSym is rife with experienced bloggers and (hopefully) a few Twitterers. There are some events that are accessible online, even if the face-to-face discussion is not.
