Blog World Expo

The Blog World Expo is taking place on November 8th & 9th in Las Vegas. The list of speakers is impressive and would be worth the $75 if Vegas was within walking distance. The nice thing about missing a conference on blogging is that there is sure to be some blog posts about it.

Filed under Things I Would Want To Do If I Had Time And Money … The Blog World Expo is taking place on November 8th & 9th in Las Vegas. The list of speakers is impressive—including Michael Arrington (TechCrunch), T.F. Boggs (Iraq war veteran), Thomas Frey (DaVinci Institute), Hugh Hewitt (TowhHall.com), Arianna Huffington (The Huffington Post), Rick Klau (Google), Will Leitch (DeadSpin.com), Om Malik (GigaOm), and Robyn Tippins (MyBlogLog)—and would be worth the $75 if Vegas was within walking distance. The nice thing about missing a conference on blogging is that there is sure to be some blog posts about it.

The expo web site included a list of some interesting statistics on blogging:

By Kevin Makice

A Ph.D student in informatics at Indiana University, Kevin is rich in spirit. He wrestles and reads with his kids, does a hilarious Christian Slater imitation and lights up his wife's days. He thinks deeply about many things, including but not limited to basketball, politics, microblogging, parenting, online communities, complex systems and design theory. He didn't, however, think up this profile.
